What's Included With SPG's Site Accommodation Units?

Each unit comes air-conditioned, with a bed and linen package, storage and desk space, and its own electrical and lighting setup. SPG handles transport and installation on site, plus ongoing servicing once the units are running. Housekeeping and maintenance can be added if you want SPG managing the day-to-day as well as supplying the units.

Can I Add Internet Or Communications To Accommodation Units?

It depends on your site, so tell us what your crew needs when you enquire and we’ll confirm what’s available for your location.

How Much Does Site Accommodation Cost?

Cost depends on how many units you need, the site location and how long you need them for. SPG doesn’t publish a flat rate because every project scales differently. Tell us your headcount and location and we’ll quote against the job.

How Quickly Can SPG Deliver Accommodation Units To My Site?

It depends on scope and site access, but supplying out of Newman means a shorter run to most Pilbara sites than a Perth-based provider. Give us your location and start date and we’ll confirm a delivery timeline against it.

What's The Process For Setting Up Site Accommodation?

It starts with your headcount, site location and project length. SPG then transports the units to site, connects power, water supply and lighting, and installs bed and linen packages ready for your crew to move in.
