In 2006, Peter Green and Steven Walsh established SPG to fill the gap in the market for mobile camp accommodation in remote areas of Australia.

With an uncompromising focus on customer service and attention to detail, it has grown to a team of 20 full time employees with a substantial hire fleet of caravans. It services a blue chip client base including the likes of BHP Biliton, Rio Tinto and Fortescue Metals Group.

SPG’s head office, warehouse and construction yard is located in Welshpool, Western Australia (WA). In 2012, it established a hire depot in Newman, WA to better service customer needs in the Pilbara and Kimberley regions of WA.

In 2013, SPG’s achievements were recognised when it made the Top 10 companies in the WA Business News Rising Stars Awards.
